Werkstudent:in (w/m/d) – AI Automation
We are a fast-growing, well-funded energy-tech startup (founded in 2025), building the digital energy analyst of the future. Our platform is the analytical brain behind battery storage (BESS) investments. We help project developers, asset owners, and investors make better multi-million-euro decisions — through data-driven simulations, scenarios, and market analyses. We don't sell a "nice-to-have." We sell better decisions. While we're building our product, we're simultaneously automating everything that can be automated — from sales to research to operations. Now we're looking for someone to drive exactly that. In this role, you'll build automations that replace real work across the company. You'll connect tools, use APIs, and integrate AI to make processes more efficient.
- Build automations using tools like n8n, APIs, and AI
- Connect and orchestrate different tools and systems
- Integrate AI into existing processes (e.g., data processing, research, content)
- Identify and implement new automation opportunities
- Continuously optimize internal workflows
- Interest in AI, automation, and digital tools
- Some experience with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, Python, or APIs is a plus
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Self-starter who enjoys experimenting
- Ability to analyze and solve problems independently
- Builder mindset: get things done rather than just talk about them
